Mónika Molnár has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of national and international tax law. She studied law at the University of Szeged (Hungary) and at the Universities of Zurich and Berne (Switzerland).
She is specialized in national and international VAT, customs and excise law, in particular advising on complex cross-border transactions, supply chain, compliance, EU VAT and customs audits. Furthermore, she represents companies in front of tax and customs authorities, appeal bodies and criminal proceedings.
Mónika Molnár is also a Lecturer on Swiss and international VAT and customs matters at the University of Zurich, Curator ZHdK, ICC accredited Incoterms 2010 Trainer, Chairwoman at Auditrust, Member at the Working Group of Crypto Valley Association Zug (Switzerland) and Co-author of the instruction and practice book on Swiss VAT. She is highly regarded and distinguished as Women in Tax and Indirect Tax Leaders in 2016/17/18/19/20 by the ITR World Tax and recommended by The Legal 500 Europe, Middle East & Africa 2018, World IT Lawyers 2018.
